Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center respects your privacy and confidentiality. Your use of our websites (www.resolvesoul.com) is subject to the following Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us. Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center reserves the right to change this policy at any time by posting to this website, but such changes will not affect information about you obtained prior to the effective date of the change.

Obtaining Information and Data:

When you communicate with Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center sites or other means, you may provide basic contact information (i.e.: name, address, phone number, e-mail address). If you send us correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, we may retain that information. Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center does not currently use cookies (small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive). Your information collected when you send a query may be stored in our query management system. If you are our registered patient, patient, your information will be stored in a highly secured server. In both the cases, full security as offered by today’s technology is offered. 

Processing Information and Data: 
Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center uses contact information obtained through our websites and other means to send e-mail, newsletter and postal mail supplying prospective patients with the most recent service information. Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center may contact you by e-mail or call to send you information about your order (e.g.: order confirmations, shipment notifications, etc.). Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center may also contact site visitors via e-mail regarding their account status, and changes to any relevant agreements or policies. Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center does not share information with third parties that, based on our experiential or other data, do not personally identify any of our users.

RESOLVE – HOMEOPATHY AND PSYCHOLOGY CENTER  WILL NOT SELL, RENT OR SHARE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANY THIRD PARTY UNLESS WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY INFORMED YOU AND AUTHORIZED BY YOU, OR IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

If request a separate consent in the case when we use our patient’s name while using their testimonials or photos unless we believe that that certain diseased parts (psoriatic skin, pimples, vitiligo) where the photos will not violate any confidentiality or privacy. Further, the disease-related information may be used for the statistical purpose, without revealing the names, photos or any such Personal identifiable information.

You may elect to share your personal experiences with other people by sending us a mail, or giving us consent or giving us approval through the mail or our patient support system.  If you do not wish to receive certain communications from Resolve – Homeopathy And Psychology Center, you may decline the service offered when registering or inform us that you no longer wish to receive such communications. You may also make a request that your information is removed from our database. We will comply with all such requests unless such communications are necessary for the administration of your account, required by law, or necessary to protect our rights.

Regarding Psychological Services:

Issues of confidentiality: 

The therapist will maintain confidentiality of the information revealed during the psychotherapy. However it should also provide the provisions under which the information would be disclosed to others, for example the confidentiality clause can be worded as: “Information shared by the client will be maintained strictly confidential except in the following situations:

  • To ensure the best treatment, therapist will at times discuss the case with his colleagues or supervisor, keeping the identity of the client confidential.
  • If the client communicates threat of bodily injury to self or to another the information would be disclosed to the family members and the legal authorities.
  • When there is reasonable suspicion of child abuse or abuse to a dependent adult has occurred, or is likely to occur legal authorities will be informed.
  • If ordered by a court of law, the details of the treatment will be revealed to that court.
  • In case of the couple and family therapy, if you tell therapist a secret and you ask the therapist to help you disclose it, then the therapist will assist you in doing so.
  • Therapist maintains the right to disclose confidential information to other participants in the family or couple if the therapist feels it is in the best interest of the family or couple to do so.
  • You have equal rights to release information to outside parties but therapist will withhold it unless it is in your best interest.
  • Therapist will disclose the information to a third person or agency, if patient gives in written to release the information.
  • Therapist can breach the confidentiality if the client threatened the therapist for his life or files a case against the therapist.

Self disclosure:

The therapy will focus on the issues of the client and the therapist will not respond to any questions regarding the personal details, and any such attempt by the client will not be accepted.

Home work assignments:

As part of the therapy client will be given some homework assignments in between the sessions, and the client is expected to carry out the same. If the client comes to the session, without completion of the homework assignment, then the therapist has the right to cancel the session. However, in such situation, the client has to pay for the session.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction –

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Navi Mumbai, India.
