Resolve – Homeopathy and Psychology Center is situated at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. The center provides medical services towards physical and psychological health issues.

We have doctors who are consulting counseling psychologist, consulting psychologist and consulting Homeopath. We prescribe only Homeopathic medications at our center for both physical and psychological issues.

Our Counselors and Psychologists will do e – therapy and e – counselling. Therapy can be conducted through Audio or video medium.

E – Consultation, E – Therapy & E – Counselling means: 

It is using different methods of behavior therapy and counselling on an online platform through Audio or video medium. It attempts to change the maladaptive behavior patterns, improve interpersonal relationships, resolve psychological conflicts, modify dysfunctional beliefs, and reduce distressing emotional reactions through proven methods like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy and other forms of therapy.

Due to the complex nature of homeopathy prescribing, please note that it is not within the scope of the online treatment service to give any elaborate explanation on the prescription, hence we won’t be able to give prescription for online psychological and physical consultations. We can arrange to deliver the prescribed medications through courier as per availability of the services.

When should I meet a consulting counseling psychologist or therapist at one of your clinics rather than online therapy?

• If you have thoughts of harming yourself or someone else
• If you are suffering from severe depressive disorder with active suicidal thoughts/attempt
• If you have severe substance use with withdrawal
• If you are a minor (under 18 years old), unless accompanied by a guardian Remember that psychiatric or psychological help is best taken in person.

Duration and Prices:

• The psychological consultation will be for 45 mins to 60 mins, and the charges would be 1490/-
• The homeopathic consultation will be for 45 mins to 60 mins, and the charges would be 1490/-
• The psychological counseling session will be for 45 mins to 60 mins, and the charges would be 1490/-
• The psychotherapy session will be for 45 mins to 60 mins, and the charges would be 1490/-

ALL ABOVE CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE HOMEOPATHIC MEDICATION.

During consultation, the consultant or therapist will discuss about the plan of treatment. They can suggest homeopathic medication if required. The charges for the homeopathic medication would be at different cost, which will be conveyed at the end of the consultation. The charges may vary as per the case.

Consent:

By using the website, provided by us your personal information or by making use of the features provided by the website or by making a payment, you hereby provide your consent to the collection, storage, process, disclose and transfer of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. You acknowledge that you are providing your Personal Information out of your free will. You have the option to not provide us the personal information sought to be collected. When using our services, you will be required to provide some personal information about yourself that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name, phone number, emergency contact number, gender, occupation, hometown, personal interests, your email address, reason(s) for cancelling an appointment medical history and any other information that the consultant might require from you. Your information is used by the consultants to make better assessments about your condition and hence provide you with most suitable counselling service. If your Personal Information changes, or if you need to update or correct your Personal Information or have any grievance with respect to the processing or use of your Personal Information, for any reason, you may send updates and corrections to us at support@resolvesoul.com and we will take all reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes within a reasonable period of time.

Frequency of consultations and sessions:

Frequency of the consultations and sessions will be as agreed upon between you and the consultant or therapist depending on the variety of the problems and symptoms.

Documentation:

The consultant or therapist may take notes during the consultation or therapy session.

Recording:

The consultant or therapist may tape record/video record the conversation for documentation and supervision purposes.

Late to the consultation or session:

If the consultant or therapist will be ever late, he will try to let the client know in advance, even if the delay is just a few minutes. If the consultant or therapist is responsible for delay in start of the session and the client can stay longer, then the consultant or therapist will see the client for the full time. If the client arrives late for an appointment, then the session may still end at the scheduled time, however if it is possible then the session may go to the full time. If either the consultant or therapist or the client is late by more than 15 minutes and don’t inform the other party than the session will stand cancelled.

What to do if technical error occurs?

It is understood that as we are communicating through internet, disruption in services or other technical difficulties might take place should a disruption occur in the middle of the session, you can reach out to us at +919082329784.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Appointment cancellation has to be done at least 8 hours before the scheduled timings. If the cancellation is done 8 hours before the scheduled timing, complete fees would be refunded.

Also, if the consultant or therapist is late by more than 15 minutes and don’t inform the other party then the session will stand cancelled and complete fees would be refunded. The refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation. If the sessions couldn’t be conducted because of technical glitch at our end, then the client will receive a full refund within 7 – 14 days.

The consultant or therapist might be busy handling other patients or might get stuck up with medical emergency, so the client needs to be patient for few minutes. The consultant or therapist might suggest different timings for appointment if busy, then the client can take call as per his availability.
